We're Here to Bring Your Designs to Life

Yes. We offer 2-hour, 4-hour, same-day, and weekend rush delivery options for an additional fee. Rush orders are queued ahead of standard orders and assigned to a dedicated digitizer who works your file start to finish. Rush pricing is +30% on the standard plan rate.

We deliver in all major embroidery formats including DST, PES, EXP, JEF, VP3, XXX, HUS, CSD, SEW, and EMB — all bundled in a single zip. You also receive a PDF stitch chart with thread color callouts. Just specify your machine model when ordering and we'll prioritize your format.

Yes. Contact our team with your design type — logo, cap, jacket back, 3D puff, appliqué, etc. — and we'll send relevant sample files in your machine's format, often within the same business day. We can also schedule a quick call to walk through your project in detail.

Three easy ways: (1) send your files directly on WhatsApp (+1 213-635-8137) for the fastest 1-hour quote, (2) share a cloud link (Google Drive, Dropbox, WeTransfer) in our contact form, or (3) email us at info@veloradigitizing.com. We accept AI, EPS, PDF, PNG, JPG, SVG, CDR, PSD, DST, PES, and clear photos or scans.

For the fastest accurate turnaround, include: (1) your artwork file, (2) the fabric or garment you'll sew on, (3) the finished design size, (4) your machine format, (5) any placement specifics (left chest, full back, cap front, sleeve), and (6) your deadline. The more detail you give us upfront, the less back-and-forth later.

Yes — all quotes are free with no obligation. Send us your artwork and we'll come back within minutes with a fixed price, recommended plan, and estimated delivery window. If your design is complex, we'll flag it and explain the pricing rationale before you commit.

Our WhatsApp chat, live email support, and online order intake are available 24/7 - including weekends and holidays. Direct phone support is available Monday through Saturday, 9:00 AM - 7:00 PM PT (Sunday closed for phone calls). When you message us, a real digitizer or support agent replies, usually within a few minutes.
