2. Services Description

Velora Digitizing provides professional embroidery digitizing, vector conversion, and related graphic design services. Our services include converting artwork into embroidery files, creating vector graphics, and other digitizing solutions tailored to client specifications. All services are subject to availability and we reserve the right to refuse service at our discretion.

We strive to deliver high-quality results that meet your specifications. However, the final output may vary based on the quality and complexity of the original artwork provided. We recommend providing clear, high-resolution artwork to ensure the best possible results for your project.

3. Order Process & Payment

All orders must be placed through our official channels, including our website, email, or authorized representatives. Upon placing an order, you will receive a confirmation with estimated delivery timeframes. Prices are quoted on a per-project basis and may vary depending on the complexity, size, and turnaround time required.

Payment is required in full before work commences unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. We accept major credit cards, PayPal, bank transfers, and other payment methods as listed on our website. All prices are in USD unless otherwise specified. Late payments may incur additional fees and may result in delays to your project.

4. Revisions & Refunds

We offer a reasonable number of revisions based on the original order specifications. Revisions requested due to changes in the original design brief may incur additional charges. All revision requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the completed work. Revision requests made after this period will be treated as new orders.

Refund requests will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. If the delivered work does not meet the agreed-upon specifications, we will work with you to resolve the issue through revisions first. If a satisfactory resolution cannot be achieved, a partial or full refund may be issued at our discretion. Refunds are not available for work that has already been used in production.

5. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, the client receives ownership of the final digitized files. However, Velora Digitizing retains the right to use the work in our portfolio and promotional materials unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. The client is responsible for ensuring they have the right to use any artwork, logos, or designs submitted for digitizing.

Any proprietary tools, techniques, or processes used by Velora Digitizing remain the intellectual property of the Company. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or modification of our proprietary methods is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

6. Limitation of Liability

Velora Digitizing shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service in question. We are not responsible for any losses resulting from delays, miscommunication, or technical issues beyond our control.

We do not guarantee that our services will meet your specific requirements or that the results will be error-free. The client assumes all responsibility for the use of the delivered files, including any production or manufacturing outcomes based on those files.

7. Confidentiality

We respect the confidentiality of all client information, artwork, and project details. We will not share, sell, or distribute your information to third parties without your consent, except as required by law. All project files are stored securely and are only accessible to authorized personnel working on your project.

Clients are also expected to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary information shared by Velora Digitizing, including pricing structures, workflow processes, and internal communication. Any breach of confidentiality may result in termination of services and potential legal action.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate a project with written notice. If the client terminates the project after work has commenced, payment for completed work and any non-refundable costs incurred will be due. Velora Digitizing reserves the right to terminate services immediately in cases of abuse, violation of these terms, or failure to make timely payments.

9. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be resolved through good-faith negotiations first. If negotiations fail, disputes will be settled through binding arbitration in accordance with applicable arbitration rules.
