Left chest designs are smaller (typically 3–4 inches), simpler, and optimized for polo shirts — they use tighter stitch density and lighter underlay to avoid puckering on thin fabrics. We tune stitch direction, sequencing, and underlay for cap frames so the design sews out cleanly from the bottom up without flagging or gaps.

Yes. We routinely deliver multi-version files — full-color, one-color, two-color, reversed (knockout), and stacked layouts — all from a single order.
